Monday Group 

Purpose:

• To provide a venue for people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and other neurological conditions to meet in a supportive environment.
• To empower individuals to participate in activities to their full potential.

Aim:

• To encourage people to maintain their cognitive levels using recreational games such as board games and card games in a group setting.
• This will assist with problem-solving skills, hand/eye coordination, and promote ongoing wellness and social interaction.

Additional Information:

• A timetable of trips, events, and visiting speakers on various topics is set up on a yearly basis.
• The group meets every second Monday in Onekawa.
